Hybrid Events
Hybrid Events are 'all the rage' right now. And for good reason, they combine the best of both worlds - Host an intimate (or grand!), in-person event whilst accomodating for attendees and speakers that prefer, or require, the remote experience. A hybrid event relies on a well-designed relationship between audio-visual hardware and the physical event space. Planning and preparation are key for executing a hybrid event well, we can help you there.

Help you find an appropriate venue to suit requirements (or review your existing venue)

Advise on appropriate AV (audio-visual) hardware and provide gear hire as needed, microphones, cameras etc. Some larger-than-life events may require more than just an Elf, we can recommend some amazing AV partners to work with if needed.

If you're using Event Elf gear, we will set up, test and manage the gear on the day for you. We will also introduce your onsite team and speakers to the setup so they know what to expect, no surprises here!
