Planning

We know best practice, we know features and functionality, we know what makes a great event! Involving an Elf right from the beginning of your event ensures you set yourself up for success. Brainstorming sessions to agenda building, we can be involved right from the beginning.

Registration

Do you need a registration page built? Perhaps you'd like to monetise your event or already have a guest list. Whatever your registration requirements are, we can build and manage your registration experience and keep you informed of progress along the way!

Speakers

Your speakers need to be well  looked after. Run-throughs, good communication and helpful best practice guidelines will allow your speakers to feel calm and confident on the day. We can even share their presentations for them allowing them to focus on presenting confidently.

Graphics

Graphics for your registration page, holding slides and virtual backgrounds can all be created by your Event Elf to ensure your branding is consistent across your entire event. We will follow your branding guidelines and provide draft proofs of all graphics for approval.

Facilitate

Your Elf is able to manage all technical elements of your event. We can share all the slides and presentations, launch polls, breakout rooms and manage the view for your attendees. The job of an elf is to take all the technical pressure off you and your team, just sit back and relax!

Reporting

Information is power! Post-event, we will provide you with all the relevant reports covering your event including attendee details, Poll & Q&A reports etc. We always recommend having a debrief session as well to go over what went well and what can be improved on next time.

We use Zoom!

We have found that Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars provide a perfect mix of reliability and functionality, all wrapped up in a well-designed user interface.  The bandwidth requirements for Zoom are lower than other products in this space which means that we can cater to attendees all around the country (and the world!). Events come in different shapes and sizes and there are so many tools available! If you're interested in things like Eventbrite, EventsAir or other tools, we can help you figure out which one suits your needs best and support you throughout.

No licenses? No worries!

We have Meeting and Webinar licences available to suit your expected attendee numbers. We can schedule and host your event under our account, this also allows us to ensure that all the correct features and functionality has been enabled. If you would like us to use your Zoom account however, that is a-okay too!

Virtual events have evolved from a crisis response into a simple, low-cost, way to add value to your customer & stakeholder relationships.
